I can only imagine this divorce settlement. WA state is a community property state and they got married before Amazon/Bezos hit it big, hence no pre-nup.
I doubt She will get anywhere near $70 billion. He would fight that until the grandchildren were grown and both of them in the grave.
She will get a few hundred million and be happy with that.
With him cheating, the wife will get an even larger piece of the pie. Good for her.
