Neal McDonough played a role somewhat like this but without actually depicting the sex:

The backstory on his character was that his drug-dealer father pimped him out to other men when he was a teenager. As an adult he appears to have a sadomasochistic homosexual interest, though it is a bit ambiguous. But I think he did appear partially nude in this role. In the story (Justified Season 3) he is a ruthless organized crime leader who apparently kidnaps and tortures a young man as part of this persona.

I was surprised to see that he has this commitment when it comes to kissing, especially knowing how gritty his role as Quarles was. However, the role does not portray homosexuality as normative. I’m glad that he is among the few professionals in Hollywood who has some strict moral standards he lives by. We could use a lot more like him.
