I blame ‘The Graduate’..........................
He was good as the bad guy in the series Justified.
This guy has always bugged me because of his eyes. I see him in a whole different light now. Thanks for posting!
Too many times people can’t separate the actor from the part..................
I am old. My wife said something similar about Ann Margret 30 years ago.
Yep. This has been going on with Neal for 10 years so it didnt surprise me. There was one time he was at the Hollywood republicans meeting and that was one of those days i couldnt make it.
Been a long time since I've seen anyone else use that.
Im sure you know, but I wont kiss anybody, recalled McDonough. He was like, But this is Desperate Housewives! I said, I know. He paused for about five seconds and said, All right, Im just going to have to write better.
That was the problem from the other series: Im just going to have to write better.
Their writer could not write better.
#16 er... what happened? ! :(
She aged 9 years from her 'Scoundrels' days.
“It is more likely he will be told to do a sex scene with another man”
Neal McDonough played a role somewhat like this but without actually depicting the sex:
https://justified.fandom.com/wiki/Robert_Quarles
The backstory on his character was that his drug-dealer father pimped him out to other men when he was a teenager. As an adult he appears to have a sadomasochistic homosexual interest, though it is a bit ambiguous. But I think he did appear partially nude in this role. In the story (Justified Season 3) he is a ruthless organized crime leader who apparently kidnaps and tortures a young man as part of this persona.
I was surprised to see that he has this commitment when it comes to kissing, especially knowing how gritty his role as Quarles was. However, the role does not portray homosexuality as normative. I’m glad that he is among the few professionals in Hollywood who has some strict moral standards he lives by. We could use a lot more like him.
