I don’t believe The article made mention of modifications to the gun. Not saying it doesn’t. But if they could make the round to feed in any gun without gun mods, that would be a game changer.
Well, the 2015 article was about the program as a theoretical exercise, and this article is about an actual sea trial. So the thing is moving along.
