If the Pentagon can afford to protect the borders of South Korea, Germany, the EU, and every Arab hellhole in the Middle East, they can damn sure come up with the money to protect the borders of the United States.
How much did that Air Base in Afghanistan cost? I don’t think it was EVER used.
There was also a GIFT of enough airplanes to make up the Afghan Air Force....and those planes NEVER flew after landing in that country.
