Huber is not a ‘Special Prosecutor’. There is currently no such thing. Huber is on the ‘Attorney General’s Advisory Committee’ of US Attorneys. The Committee does not prosecute.

Huber does not prosecute himself, which I did not know but figured not since he’s in charge, but no doubt there are plenty of prosecutors working under him.
