I think the notebook thing has a lot of problems. I am not a lawfag. But I am almost certain, that it could not be used in a court of law without the author there to swear to it contents?

But as always, I look at anything that gets thrown out there. Everyone should decide for themselves of course.

Seems to me it would be documentable that it was, indeed, written by her by hand. That might be a useful detail.
