My thought is this:I think a lot of people at least on our side will be disappointed if some of these sobs are not tried or convicted on a specific crime. IOW, some are guilty of so much that once a conviction that qualifies for the death penalty is reached, justice may move to the next perp and not necessarily convict them of the crimes some citizens would wish.
To your point, I'm convinced that the MKUltra programs use will be validated and its consequences understood by the panels in military courts.
I am on information over load right now. Yesterday, I read/heard that they have been using this on criminal defendants for years. Ones who have public defenders. I could almost believe that. Look at some of these guys, sitting there completely emotionless. I would be screaming and pleading my case.
