It wasn't a 'military tribunal' that tried that pos, just a regular GCM.

True. But then Khalid Sheik Mohammed is a GITMO military tribunal, and it's going even slower.

One reason some people hope that the military is put in charge of trials of Deep State Coup supporters is so that justice will be swift.

Things can change, but recent history doesn't support the claim that military justice works more quickly than civilian courts.

0 gets the credit that he still lives.

Why is that exactly? I'm not disagreeing with your statement, I am just curious what the mechanism is.

The Wikipedia article gives no explanation of why six years after being convicted he's still alive. It seems like six years should be long enough to exhaust appeals and get to the hanging part of the exercise.

Again you fail to understand differences. Pos was a military member tried by GCM. The UCMJ is the source of the appeals process. It seems like six years should be long enough to exhaust appeals and get to the hanging part of the exercise.

Should be, isn't. Death sentences by fed courts of any kind are politicized.

KSM's trial is hazarded by his stay @ the Waterboard Inn.

A different system, the comparison would be the German saboteurs' trial.

JACK, you seem to have all the answers. Can you get to the bottom of the blue and red florescent round stickers that are appearing on mailboxes around the country.

NO ONE seems to know their purpose, who put them there, or why they are there. Thanks.
