In a game, you can underplay and overplay your hand. Both result in an eventual loss.
When they studied American POWs after they returned from Vietnam, they found three approaches to survival. One group fixated on a date. Many of them gave up and died when the date came and went with no change. The second group just gave up right away. Many of them also died. The third group stayed focused on living as best they could, focus on a better future and changing what could be changed. They developed a routine throughout their day, playing (a fake) piano, etc. They were hopeful, but didn’t fixate on timelines.
It’s interesting that trolls either press for predictions or they tell us to give up. Trump clearly has a plan, a plan that is not yet launched into the stage you want. He knows what cards are in his hands. He knows what cards are in the enemies hands. I don’t see any indication he is overplaying them or underplaying them. We only think so because we don’t see all the cards.
The Derps are focusing on getting him to overplay/underplay. It’s the only way they win. I think Trump has shown amazing discipline to stay the course and get the Derps to overplay their hand time and time again.
The time will come. Spoon feeding pablum is an important step.
