TV series take a break over the holidays and don't come back until February or so.

This is the time they slip in the documentaries, like the one on the Clinton impeachment.

I guess the 90s are in vogue now: Democrats want to remember when Democrats had the White House, but Obama is too recent.

There's a nostalgia factor with the Clinton years (for Democrats, anyway).
