Since Jewish months are based on the lunar calendar it is not a big coincidence when full moons, and therefore lunar eclipses, fall on Jewish holidays.

Yep, and while not the case now, there are times when four "blood moons" occur in sequence. It's called a Tetrade, and the last occured in 2014-2015.

That's pretty significant or coincidental, if you will.
