I believe it’s the border patrol that’s asking for the see-thru fencing. Trump is, as usual, listening to those of whom he asks advice. Every time I see razor wire, or such, I imagine fabric similar to that of the gloves the installers wear being thrown over the top of it in the middle of the night at some remote spot. You can imagine roadside stands for razor-proof fabric.
