Funny that this topic popped up again, as earlier tonite one of youtube’s “suggested” videos was this link about another event where a note was also passed to Pence:

I don’t know what the gathering was, but there were a lot of people standing on bleachers. First POTUS shakes hands with some of them, with Pence following, shaking hands.
At one point, he shakes a woman’s hand (looks like she is wearing some kind of uniform) with some odd kind of handshake with thumb movements...masonic, perhaps? I don’t know.
It’s then blurry but as he finishes shaking her hand and walks away, (behind DJT’s back), there is something in his hand, perhaps a note?
That moment is repeated in the video, one time is at the 3:10 point. Wish I knew what is actually happening, but am satisfied that our POTUS knows whatever it is, if anything at all.

I remember this video.
The woman wanted to give POTUS a note thanking him for some kindness regarding either her son or husband.
Nothing nefarious, just she was not quick enough to get it to POTUS and Pence followed him.

It looks like she had two notes, one for Trump and one for Pence. When Trump didn’t come to shake her hand she switched the notes in her hand and put it behind her back. It could have been something as small as some kind of Thank You note. Although it sure seems as if Pence was expecting to receive something, so it could be more for sure..

Sheriff Ana Franklin of Alabama at some sort of Trump arranged Sheriff’s mtg in DC in September 2018.
I am not at all convinced Pence is bad...I did think it was a note for each of them, Trump does not shake her hand, etc., so she pockets his note and gives Pence his.
I thought it was just a bunch of falderal ... mountain, molehill, probably way before Q was household ... MSM reads this as Orange Man Bad so White Haired Man VP must be bad or DS.
