I took the “get in line” to mean he (Dershowitz) wasn’t the only one targeted. That a lot of people have been targeted and Q has the proof.
I took the “get in line” to him telling Dersh to “get in line” because he’s not the only one that was going to put prominent people in handcuffs as Dersh was threatening to do with his emails.
