What do I think? I think you're a fool to expect a personal reply to an email, one of which is probably hundreds of thousands more that the White House receives...........Sheesh!

Why do you think what bothered me was the fact this was a boilerplate? What bothered me--let me make it clearer for you--was the lack of specificity in the email, promising a wall, not some nebulous reference to border security. With the volume of correspondence coming in, I would hardly expect a personal reply.

This is the office of the President of the US so they will speak at a high level in terms of objectives and not details. The wall is just a means to an end and not an end to itself. The goal is border security.
