Linda was SO gorgeous with the absolute voice of an angel.

She did a wonderful album (For Sentimental Reasons) with the Nelson Riddle Orchestra that you'd likely enjoy.
I about wore out my cd copy and had to download a flac replacement .. never gets old.
Tragically, I've heard she has Parkinson's.

Thinking back to all the great music when I was a kid makes the tinnitus from too many concerts too close to big stacks of Marshalls worth it, ya know ?   :-)

Yes, I'm familiar with pretty much the entire Ronstadt catalog and I even appreciate the mariachi albums she made during the 1990s in Spanish. One of the few artists that really went outside their comfort zone and explored different types of music. Love the Riddle stuff. I can put on pretty much any record of hers and it will sound good.

Tragically her singing career is done due to the Parkinson's but we will always have the records and the videos.
