Who gives a rip about NASA anyway? NOAA puts satellites in GEO. So do a variety of private corporations, in order to provide television and communications services. GPS, Glonass, Gallileo all involve satellites in MEO. Somehow, NOAA, USAF, ULA, Roscosmos, Arianespace, etc. ad nauseaum manage to put spacecraft through, past, or both, the Van Allen belts. I guess they didn't get the memo telling them they can't do it.

Well according to flat earthers they're all in on it. Or else they're spending billions of dollars on satellites that NASA fakes putting into space and then somehow tricks everyone into thinking they're getting satellite data from satellites that are sitting in a warehouse somewhere.

NASA doesn't launch anything. ULA, and SpaceX, and Roscosmos, and Arianespace, and ISRO, and JAXA and ... launch rockets. NASA just hitches a ride.
