It (76) is billed as an American Lager, but it’s much more an ale to me. Too green as in bitter, like an ale.
Budweiser’s limited run, Budweiser Freedom Reserve Red Lager, was a pretty good brew, better than the Budweiser Copper Lager. I never got a chance to sample the Budweiser 1933 Repeal Reserve Amber Lager.
Oh - I did, and I say the Repeal Reserve Lager was better.
I caught the distributor guy carting it into the store, before the label was posted.
I asked, and he said that it was in the system.
So I got 2 x 12. Good price, and good flavor.
