According to Gomert R-TX, on FOX Sunday, at the time the border wall was deemed favorable and passed with democrat votes in the House, Janet Napolotano took the gazillions, into Homeland Security, but declined to use it for the wall....Gomert claims the billions were spent but never accounted for as to how it was spent.

So, how much prison time do any of us get for embezzling $46 Billion?
