The Walmart drone has minimal instruments and half your
time is spent trimming the thing into a state of stability.
Look away too long and it'll wander off somewhere and wreck itself.
When I got the Parrot, I was paranoid as hell to let the thing out
of my sight for maybe a month. Ultimately I got to trust that it
wasn't going to wander off and the instruments were accurate
and sufficient to maintain control. That opened up a whole new vista, tell you what.
The mighty Walmart drone:
To light, to affected by wind and just a bugger to get used to.
Once I can figure it out and get used to it, I think I'll upgrade to the Parrot Avani........
