Don’t worry about it!
I just thought it was kinda cute!

My knee is not so good today, but I am feeling better
over all, and am very grateful for that!
It took about a month an a half to get well!

I am pleased to see that you are working with weights now!
That’s GREAT progress for you!
Keep up the good work!

I meant your flu and your knee. It must have tried to interpret and must have thought I meant fluid in your knee or something.

A month-and-a-half to get well, oh my. Were you able to take time off work? I hope your knee gets to feeling better.

I probably shouldn’t have jumped in the weights, now my wrists are feeling fairly fragile. I guess the good news is I don’t feel my elbows at all anymore :-) my wrists are the weak link and I need to be more careful of them.

So maybe tomorrow, no weights. I have to start thinking smart about this instead of what I want, do what my body will allow. I am getting older, you know? Sad but true.
