Merry Christmas to you. It seems to be common for me to be alone for this date but I got music, guitars, and my two standard poodles for company. I cooked Italian beef for dinner that I slow cooked for 12 hours and going to top it off with a margarita later. Its a beautiful night here with a full moon and a mid 40 temperature.
What is “Italian beef”? I have no doubt it’s good.
