I was shocked when I first heard about this; after thinking about it a bit I shouldn’t have been surprised. The hatred on the left is well known, and in spite of what they say they do not really support the military and have not since Vietnam. They have no idea, no concept of what that veteran or any other veteran has gone through or what anyone serving now is going through. They don’t care, not about anything except their agenda and right now he is a threat to their agenda.
They seem like brainwashed zombies, not real people with a heart and soul. I have no idea how so many dims have reached that level of hatred but it is there in our faces. Most no longer even pretend to care about this country, our citizens, or our military. It is beyond my comprehension.

I know what you are saying. It’s mind boggling. We were asleep at the switch while the anti-USA crowd kept growing and infiltrating influential institutions in our society. I am hoping President Trump can turn it around. I think it’s our last chance.
Regarding the military, sometimes I wonder if the draft should be re-instituted so people can learn some discipline, work ethic, and patriotism. Plus, if everyone has a relative in the military, perhaps that will be a check on the next president to think hard and ethically before sending troops into danger.
