I agree with the strict interpretation of the constitution, Article II.
However, that ship sailed with the election of the Kenyan Usurper and is sadly now over the horizon.
I wish it wasn’t so but the reality is the coronation of Obama twice put an end to the strict interpretation.

Please Note: I am not a lawyer, have never portrayed one on stage or screen and have never stayed at a Holiday Inn Express...just my tuppence.

As a practical matter, I fear that you are correct. I admit to naively hoping for a SCOTUS with the integrity to adjudicate this important matter with constitutional integrity.

I can dream, can’t I?
