Who studied for finals? I was of the opinion if you didn’t know the material by then, you were out of luck. We played cards 24/7 during finals week.
These days there are very few real exams at the end of the semester. The STEM courses have exams. In other courses the kids have to write a paper. ( yes, many of them download it from the internet)
