No it’s not cheating. Until you get good at these, a little help is ok.

Here's how I did it on MSWord (if there are any other beginnings like me who need a little help). I just used the replace function starting with the easiest letter to recognize (I thought I recognized the letter "e" in "the" first) and then used the replace function ("highlighting" the replacement letter in lower case).

After the "e" seemed to make sense, I went to the next easiest letter.

I am a puzzle addict so look forward to the ones coming up.
