I thought I'd seen everything re the video footage of attendees at Bush Sr's funeral receiving envelopes and almost skipped the one I linked below. I'm glad I didn't. Nothing shocking - but I believe the analyst raised a few points I hadn't seen elsewhere.

I'll put the link below in case anyone else is not quite enveloped-to-death yet. I put time marks in my comments. They mark the time in the analysts video - he often pauses the clips he's reviewing of the funeral so the time marks I give to not indicate passage of time in the original funeral video. The clarity of the images is better in the video.

Notes on Part 3 of a YOUTUBE video series posted by Reality NotFiction on Dec 17, 2018.

This vlogger may have found Cheney slipping Bill Clinton a note, which Bill then passed to Pence.

Basically, when Pence and Mrs. Pence approached HRC, Obama's may have started distraction by suddenly turning and interacting with the Quayle's behind them (the timing was a little forced). The analyst notes that (6:55 minute mark) Hillary got to her feet quickly to receive the Pence's; Bill did not stand "because" he suddenly turned to look away to Michelle.

Analyst notes the Secret Service man who also stood or was standing upper left at the 7:53 minute mark a few rows back and says he was "locked on". Bill turns to look behind them to listen to Mrs Quayle talking to (around 7:45 mark) to Michelle.

The analyst points out you can see Cheney move his hand from in front of him to his right side (pale hand seen moving at 8:22 mark) to put his hand in his pocket.

Bill ends up putting his right arm over the back of pew.(9:42)

At the 10:05 minute mark, the analyst says Dick Cheney hands something to Bill below the level of the back of the pew. It's hard to catch because someone behind and to the left of Michelle looks like he could be reaching Bill, but the analyst says that reaching arm places his hand on Michelle's shoulder - which leaves Bill and Cheney possibly in motion.

At 10:20 mark, when Cheney is passing something to Bill, video shows Dick, Bill and Cheney's wife all looking at the camera in a way that may suggest guilt/caution (it does look odd to me). Analyst notes that another SS man behind them seems to be watching.

As Bill removes his arm from behind the pew (@10:39), the camera view cuts to split screen (the analyst questions the timing of that cut and one prior - coincidence?) to show the hearse arriving on the left half of the screen.

Then Bill then rises to greet the Pences (10:49 mark). Hillary makes eye contact with the camera several times. Mrs Pence's body blocks the view of any handshake or exchange. Analyst believes that Bill passed something to Mike Pence.

At 14:02 mark the Analyst starts the entire clip in question in slow motion. At 15:14 Hillary is said to be musing over her success in that transfer and raises her nose in the air like Obama.

At the end of the video he shows the clip with Obamas receiving their letter. He notes that Michelle rolls her lips inward and also licks her lips.

That was very interesting. Thanks!

Bothersome that the beast stood up so quickly to greet Pence. She seemed genuinely happy to see him.
