It is beyond overrated. The only reason to go to Harvard is for connections to rich kids.

I wouldn’t hire an Ivy League grad for anything.

I am in a field saturated with Ivy-Leaguers. I've worked with many of them. Of the three most talented people I've worked with in my thirty-five year career, two were from the University of Maryland and one didn't finish high school.
