Women are sending love letters to a man who has been sentenced to life in prison for murdering his pregnant wife and two daughters. Chris Watts is serving life in prison after pleading guilty to murdering his wife, Shanann, and their daughters 4-year-old Bella and 3-year-old Celeste. Prosecutors have released dozens of letters that are now pouring in to Watts in prison.

I was looking for music online last night - something to put on while reading a book. One of the videos that came up was concerning Watts & what he did. The guy is a stone cold killer - any man that smothers his 3 yr old & 4 yr old daughters, plus strangles his pregnant wife, deserves to have his “member-of-the-human-race card” yanked & then he should be eliminated from this earth. There’s a snippet of video showing one of those innocent little girls calling her daddy “my hero”. Any woman who would look at this guy with anything but abject horror & loathing is suffering from a mental disorder herself.
BTW, just read O’Reilly’s book “Killing the SS” (a family member got it for a recent birthday). The Leftists who go around calling anybody who leans ‘right’ and Trump a “Nazi” is showing their absolute ignorance and the fact that they have no clue what that means in a historical context. Very interesting, but disturbing book .... and the disturbing part isn’t just what atrocities were committed, but how various countries, including ours, let them get away with their crimes, helped them start new lives outside of Europe and in fact, hired them for jobs while knowing who they were and what they’d done. Sickening. Watts would have fit right in with the SS.
I remember reading that for years Richard Speck who murdered 8 nurses in Chicago, used to receive mailbags full of love letters. In one episode of “Frasier”, he says, “men on death row can get women to marry them, but I can’t get one to sit through coffee.” I think of that everytime I read an article like this.
Guess these ladies will need to change their bus tickets and grab some winter clothing on their way to the prison wedding.

What is the psychology? He is dangerous, and they are attracted to danger because it provides a little bit of adrenaline rush to have that sort of fear underlying a relationship?

Our society worships celebrity. Women, especially are attracted to danger. This man is a safe target as everybody knows he will never get a chance to get free. Thus, women can be close to celebrity by association and feel the turn-on from the imagined danger a fantasy “relationship” entails.

We’re about to have another one. As I type this, there’s a news conference going on. They arrested the fiance of a girl who has been missing since Thanksgiving. They have a 1 year old daughter, who thankfully is okay for the moment. This is also in Colorado.
