I read this to my wife, and she suggested that we buy a couple of dead support chicken lunches tomorrow.

I know I feel a lot better after a box of Popeye’s emotional support chicken.

They’re not mocking mental illness - they’re mocking what passes for “therapeutic” these days......

P.E.T.A. is a bunch of sophomore-level ‘wits’ bouncing ideas on how to get the maximum publicity by espousing outrageous claims. We succumb to them every time we repeat their latest stupidity. PLEASE STOP GIVING THEM this publicity. That will eventually close them out.

Not for anything, but if you bring their spicy chicken and hot sauce on a crowded plane, some people might find the aroma a bit much. I wouldn’t (spent college on Harold’s Fried Chicken, a grown-up’s version of Popeye’s) but others would.

I prefer Churches Chicken as it is not as salty as POPEYES. But I would never turn each down.

And as I scarf down the fried chicken I will shed alligator tears for their deaths. ‘At least I kept “you” from being eaten by a hawk, coyote or wild dog! You (the chicken) died well!’

Have some Popeye's in the refrigerator right now.

I'd even gamble on some Kenny Rogers if there was one nearby. I'd add a side of broccoli, too. Keep the rat hat, though.

It is an hour’s drive to get to the nearest Popeye’s. But there is a big shopping area there, thus can go shop and lunch at Popeyes and bring a box of emotional support chicken home....and have their french fried onion rings while they are hot and crispy.

This could have appeared in The Onion. You just can’t make this stuff up.

I love fried chicken but it sure don’t love me. Maybe once a quarter, tops.

I live by some very simple rules.One is...if the Rat Party’s for it,I’m against it.Another is...if PETA’s against it,I’m for it.

A few years ago, The Vermont Teddy Bear Company came out with an "I'm Crazy for You!" Valentine's Day bear.

Guess which CEO (a woman, even) ended up leaving the Board of Trustees at the big medical center because of "advocates" for the mentally ill?

Sounds like the mentally ill people over at PETA are in the need of some Well Done Breaded Emotional Support Chickens!
