Remember when sugar suddenly went sky high, and Hershey pledged that though they had to raise their prices, accordingly, that when the sugar prices calmed down, they would lower them again? Great PR campaign. Of course, sugar prices never DID come down. Same thing happened with coffee. Of course, sugar is a cheaper commodity in Mexico, so Hershey should be lowering their prices any day, now. Oh, wait...
