Given that the HOUSE has ALREADY PASSED the reconciliation bill, could the SENATE VOTE be postponed until the NEW SENATE resumes in JANUARY?

The Senate passed a version of the CR, IIRC, that puts the two bills in committee and final version only needs a majority in both houses to send to POTUS for his signature.
