I know, but you constantly see contradicting articles too. One day coffee bad, next day good, red wine this..raisins in, out ...bananas, never eat this, always eat that...

Whole lot of Crap, Crap, Crap...

I do take protein daily and I don’t wanna mix with milk. So I’m mixing with coconut milk and almond milk. Surprisingly, it’s not popular enough to be expensive! Not much more than cow milk and has lots less calories and is so good for you it grows hair back on your head. Well, that is what I was told.

Popular articles about science are generally crap. About nutrition even more so. Reporters write articles with a point. The studies are often just observations of correlation and don't contain any cause and effect.

It's not that the science is conflicted, although there is disagreement about what some of it means. It's more often that the popular accounts are meaningless. If it's something that interests you you have to dig deeper.
