‘They’ got to Roberts on the SCOTUS when they needed his turncoat vote, Judge Sullivan should be easier for ‘them’. We shall see what we see when we see what we see.
Aside from all the conspiracy theories, it is unlikely the judge throws out the conviction. Nonetheless, what was done to Flynn was improper. I certainly hope but would not expect what we are hoping for.
Sullivan looks like a good strong man with a firm sense of justice. I hope he can hold up against them
