Huh, what?! What if a kid has the flu? Chicken pox? Measles? Is in a hospital? That makes no sense.

It says, “...CAN lead” to a citation...not “WILL lead”.

She better not send the kid to school when he has the flu, or chickenpox, or the measles or any other contagious illness. How is he supposed to school when he is in the hospital?
