The child should have a 24/7 aide at tax payer expense. If you had a disability you’d get one. If they can’t accommodate the county should pay for a private school tuition. I know I friend that sued for tuition in a Chicago private school to meet her son’s needs.
She should sue- the school is refusing to protect this young child because he has a name that they hate- this is a hate crime, being committed against this child, by a public school- lawyers should be jumping all over this case-
