TOPEKA, Kan. (KSNT) - Music superstar Taylor Swift called a Topeka Christmas light show "epic" in a handwritten note sent to a Topeka native.
Swift sent the note to Louie Cortez, the creator of the annual "Cortez Holiday Light Show," thanking him for using her song "Are You Ready For It?" to kick off the display in November.
Cortez, a huge Swift fan, posted a video of his Christmas display perfectly synced to Swift's song on Twitter where it quickly gained traction online.

Swift also said Cortez was "So amazing," for including her song.
"Thanks so much for the effort you put into it, for coming to the show, and really lighting up the holiday season," Swift said in the note.

I already know what the comment section is going to look like, it's just, she works in a cloven-footed industry and sometimes you have to do and say things you know are going to wound people who admire you.
Thank You
oops! not what I thought it would be...
I still don’t see why she needs to tell the whole country about every guy who’s banged her and how mad she is that they’ve dumped her.
Most women that I know would be embarrassed about it.
I’m no longer a fan of hers due to her schtumping for liberals, but how do you know she’s banging her boyfriends? I’m pretty sure it’s normal for a young woman to date around.
Who knows. All I know is that once she entered politics, she became fair game. I’m just glad that ‘her man’ lost last month.
Most of her boyfriends were beards for public consumption.
She tends to more "exotic" tastes in her private life.
That starts making sense now...explains why she would take the dark side politically.
Thanks!
People wonder why some don’t take the #metoo movement seriously.
Wow, someone is polite. Imagine that.
I knew youd come around. And she wont be delving into politics again! She tried it.
