The government filed a redacted version of the memorandum and the FD-302, which the defendant quoted and cited in his sentencing memorandum, on the public docket. See Docket Entry 56 . Furthermore, the defendant has established good cause to file the documents, which he received from the government pursuant to a Protective Order, under seal. The Court therefore GRANTS 51 defendant’s motion for leave to file document under seal.
