Many messages were recovered but if I remember correctly over 100,000 were not.

That’s what I thought, but someone posted a link to Voat/GreatAwakening earlier and I decided to go take a peak. I found this link to a ZeroHedge article that was just posted a few hours ago. Consensus is that the OIG recovered the emails. I could be reading this wrong. Had to get through the entire article for it to make sense. The comments were easier to understand. I’m still unsure though.
But couldn’t Russia have scooped the messages up and given them to Trump in that Soccer ball?
