ThankQ! You’re right... somewhere I kinda knew that, but it’s taking me a while to remember how this all works (I’m working on the basics). I went back to re-read and probably will have to do it again.

In the second thread by @paul_serran, in Lawrence Doyle’s testinmony about the CF, he told Meadows that he had talked to the Little Rock Office in August and October and they told him there was an ongoing criminal investigation.

So, he either added his expert analysis or, they knew most of it already. Or a combination thereof.

That’s my current understanding....

Or they lied to him about an investigation... you might be thinking of that other DoJ / FBI - not the one run by King Rod I.
