Flynn is asking that it be sealed, not Mueller. Also, it sounds like the judge is referencing the docs already presented by Mueller. I don’t see anything about the first 302 from right after Flynn’s interview that everyone is up in the air about and wanting to see.
It is a bit confusing to sort out...
I’m not sure this is clarifying anything. SOMETHING has to have been seen since the judge says the redaction is okay.
Judge Emmett Sullivan is demanding Special Counsel Robert Mueller to release the original 302 report from the Michael Flynn interrogation in January 2017.
The original 302 report is still missing!
Mueller HAS NOT turned it over!
Aha, so “defendant” means Gen. Flynn; I thought it meant Mueller. So any legal docs Flynn has are called 302s as well? I thought a 302 was just the notes Feebs make when interviewing/interrogating someone.
