A couple of sounded like attorneys, over on CTH, I believe it was, say that FLYNN’s withdrawal of his Guilty Plea, opens the door for the FBI to go back to that point in time of the so called “Lie” and from that moment may resume harassing FLYNN.
This creates some degree of new legal jeopardy, according to the comment, for General Flynn.
Then there is the Q Time Clock to consider for when things fall into place. “FLYNN is safe.”

As I understand it the ploy does not involve entrapment - unless they forced Flynn to lie... Still, unethical behavior on the part of DoJ / FBI.
