A report from NPR indicates that the DOJ has impaneled a grand jury to investigate former FBI Deputy Director Andrew “Andy” McCabe to determine if he should face criminal charges for his lack of “candor:”

Unlike some of you I do not live on these threads or on the internet. I do many other things in my life.

I did not avoid this question or the issue of the carriers (wrong, it was NOT 4 carriers!), I comment in my own time and at my own pace, as does virtually anyone on here. You cannot reasonably infer anything from a lack of instant response except that a person (1) may not be online, (2) may not be on FR, (3) may not have seen your comment, or (4) may have seen your comment but may have more interesting or important things to attend to.

Anyway, everyone who has actually followed these matters knows that IG Horowitz recommended that the DOJ consider charging McCabe. This has been known since April. DOJ having a Grand Jury consider the matter may or may not turn it into an actual prosecution. As your own linked article says,

"While this seems like a good next step, we are still skeptical that anything will come of it as Democrats and government bureaucrats seem immune from the consequences of their actions."

Did you not read that far in the article???? It is now mid-December and (so far) there is no indication that McCabe will be charged.... of course it is still possible, and hope springs eternal for some, but to date we have seen no prosecutorial ACTION against McCabe.
