Special Counsel Robert Muellers team on Friday released key documents relating to the FBIs questioning of former national security adviser Michael Flynn, confirming agents did not believe at the time Flynn intentionally lied to them -- though he was later charged with making false statements in that interview.

I have been listening to Hannity discuss the Flynn case with Andy McCarthy and Greg Jarett.
They still neglect to bring up the fact that Flynn was not read his Miranda rights.
Reading the suspect his Miranda rights is mandated by Supreme Court rulings.
That alone should be sufficient reason for the judge to throw out the case.
That always look great...LOL ☺
A list of 72 types of Americans that are considered to be extremists or potential terrorists in official U.S. government documents. This list will really give you a good idea of what Barack Obama means when he uses the word extremist. Each of these 72 items is linked (at web site). As you can see, this list potentially includes most of the country

FYI, Miranda rights are only required when the defendant/suspect/interviewee is under custody. General Flynn was free to go at any time. Hence, no custody.
But, the deception, and trickery by Comey/McCabe/FBI is inexcusable. In effect, McCabe lied to Flynn. But, they can do that according to SCOTUS.
The behavior of interviewing someone where the info was already known, in hopes that they would lie is reprehensible. But, as the thought goes, NEVER talk to law enforcement without your lawyer being present and can be a filter.

It was a counterintelligence investigation, not a criminal investigation.
What gives Mulehead the right to release anything? I though he was to do an investigation and submit a final report. Anything else just proves its political.
BTW, can my fellow freepers help me out. My wife is so infuriated with what Pelosi and her fellow commies, including the media, are doing to the guy we elected as President that I am afraid she is going to blow her top. Are your wives doing this too? Dont get me wrong, I love it that she is able to see thru the media lies and will not wavier in her conservative views. Its just she scares me when I walk in a room and find her screaming at the TV. I paid big bucks for that big screen and I am afraid she may use it for target practice. Aw heck, I guess that would be a good excuse to get that new 85 screen.
ANYONE talking to the FBI simply needs to respond to every question with “I plead the 5th”. Otherwise, if you so much as misstate the time of day they will entrap you.
“It was a counterintelligence investigation, not a criminal investigation. “
If it was a criminal interview, then he is required to have had his rights read. Law enforcement doesn’t get to merely recategorize criminal interviews to get around Miranda.
“It was a counterintelligence investigation, not a criminal investigation.”
Yes, but the result was that it was used for a criminal prosecution. Distinction without a difference.
You don’t even have to plead the fifth just say “either arrest me or leave me alone, I am going. Bye.”
“General Flynn was free to go at any time. Hence, no custody.”
You have heard the meme countless times; charge me or let me go. They can NEVER force a person to testify. Fifth amendment. The interviewee has to give consent at all times.
They didn’t give the judge the actual 302’s. Does the judge know to ask for those as well? I hope?
And TV news is more about emotion than information. Yes, they give you information, but for the purpose of generating a feeling more than fill your head with encyclopedic information. And what info. do you gleam by watching more than 30 minutes of it? They just repeat the same thing all day.
Lastly, my wife would be the same way except she works full time, so she doesn't have much time to get into TV news. I am worried she'll have the same fate as yours when she retires in a few years in her 50's.
I do not think it will be thrown out. Sullivan has had ample reasons to do so before now, including Miranda.
I think he is just trying to make it look good.
Focusing on ephemeral technicalities is playing their game of Rule of Lawfare.
These are whatever they say they are - cointel or criminal, as the situation warrants (e.g., with Sessions) - and everyone plays along (e.g., Sessions did).
The FBI/DOJ violated both spirit and letter of the Rule of Law to entrap an innocent man for political purposes.
