Tongkat Ali does not normally contain lead or mercury, it comes down to quality of source and where it’s grown. Be suspicious of China or other third world countries with poor sanitation and little if any control over industrial pollution. That’s where the lead and mercury are coming from.
There is no evidence that the raw material comes from anywhere else other than its native Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Myanmar.
