A Northeast Portland homeowner was arrested Wednesday after police say she confronted a driver about where he was parked, claimed he was trespassing on her property and fired a gun while they were arguing.
Susan A. Dowiasz, 71, is accused of unlawful use of a weapon, reckless endangering, unlawful discharge of a firearm in the city and menacing.
No one was injured in the shooting. The male driver drove away after the gunfire and called police.
The confrontation occurred around 4:55 p.m. in the 1400 block of Northeast 82nd Avenue. Police have not said where the pistol was aimed when it was fired, how many rounds were discharged or if anything was struck. The gun was later seized by officers.

Since very few details are given, I am forced to assume that actual details would completely derail the narrative this idiot girbilist is trying to construct.

I went to the Oregon Live website and clicked on the comments. One of them was from a person claiming to be the shooter’s neighbor who describes her as 5’2”, about 90 pounds, and in poor health. She has “No Parking” signs next to her driveway which the driver blocked with his truck and trailer. She told him to move his truck and he approached her entering onto her property. He was a “Mexican” and the woman was scared and the revolver she was holding down at her side discharged hitting a brick. The valiant po-leece took her to the station and held her for 26 hours. My title for the movie would be “No Country for Old White People”.
