No one would ever force you to change your opinions or suppositions or hypotheses. It’s vital that you have the freedom to hold them and to follow them. Others may not follow your paths, but will always support you having the right to travel them. What has been occasionally expressed is the fear that conspiracy theories tag the whole, but that happens because it’s in the interests of the other side to do so. That’s not to say that conspiracy theories should be suppressed. Just because they’re used against us doesn’t mean someone doesn’t have the freedom to hold them. And some conspiracy theories will turn out to be valid. One usually doesn’t learn the truth for a long time. What’s that expression? Just because it’s a conspiracy theory doesn’t mean that it isn’t true.
