“The Federal Judge has the discretion and authority to dismiss the charges against @GenFlynn and find that FBI via McCabe & Strzok perpetrated fraud on the court by falsifying the 302s. This is what should happen.
If the Court rules that the FBI perpetrated fraud on the Court, the Court has the discretion to enter sanctions against the DOJ/FBI and award attorneys fees and costs to @GenFlynn. I firmly believe this is what will happen.

Comey was fired in May 2017. He testified that he’d read the 302s.
But now we are told that the 302s were written in AUGUST 2017...so how is it that he read them?? hmmm???

....Asked to describe how two FBI agents ended up at the White House to interview Flynn in January 2017, Comey, speaking to MSNBC’s Nicolle Wallace during a forum discussion Sunday, said flatly: “I sent them.”
Comey went on to acknowledge the way the interview was set up – not through the White House counsel’s office but arranged directly with Flynn – was not standard practice. He called it “something I probably wouldn't have done or maybe gotten away with in a more … organized administration.”
