Only one guarantee. Remove the hdd, install a new hdd and reinstall a new os. Take the old hdd apart and play with the magnets. Remove the platters and #uck them up any way you see fit. Or just shoot the hdd with you handgun or rifle of choice.
Unless it’s an SSD in which case, the FBI could still recover some of the data. Might want to melt it instead.
